hello im new

after trying various other diets well actually probably every diet under the sun i have decided RC diet looks very well suited for me i have PCOS and know that a low GI diet shall be more beneficial for me in the long run. I have toyed with the idea for going on lighter life or any other VLCD but i think i shall give this a go. so hello everyone.

at the moment im doing the free trail week, although i will be doing it on line as there are no classes near me at all. Im just reading all the stuff just now.
yeah you do get a chat room and a badly (IMO) layed out forum.
i have lost 3lb this first week :D
