hello, I'm new!

hello, well after a year of yo-yo'ing weight wise and having no portion control or being able to reist food I am starting slim fast tomorrow!
I will face the scales first thing am and want to lose as much in 5 weeks as i can!

I will plan my days and hoping to do shake for breakfast, fruit mid am, shake for lunch, snack pm, normal family tea with kids, later pm apple and yogurt,
along with loads of water!!

I will probably be on here loads so just wanted to say hi!

any tips or stories of success am willing to hear from you!!

night all, heres to facing the scales tomorrow am and seeing if I can go a whole week with out jumping on them!

u should be able to lose quite abit in 5 weeks - at 3 lb a week that would be over a stone :eek:

im only on my second week but in my first week i lost 3.75lbs and i dont really have that much to lose!
