Hello! :) Just joined today.


I have just joined today and have found the posts and photos really motivating and after all my failed attempts I am determined to do it this time. I really want to lose about 70 lbs. Any tips or advice to keep motivated at the very start of my journey would be really appreciated. x :)

You should have goals and mini-goals, and after you've reached them reward yourself, give yourself incentives, every small progress is progress nonetheless. My ultimate motivation was a shopping spree once I've reached my goal...I'm almost there! Good luck on your
