Hello new friends

Hi everyone I am another new starter, I see there is quite a few just starting so hope we can all help each other to stick to the diet, I did lose 30 lbs on Lipotrim a few months ago but it all went to pot over Christmas, so now trying Exante as I dont like going to the chemist every week to be weighed, and feel better doing it on my own as I know I can get all the support needed off of the friends I hope to make on here.

Hi Jen Jen I have found today really easy up to now prob as I ate so much junk before starting my diet lol. Today I had my choc orange bar this morning then for tea tonite I have had the veg soup which really tastes quite nice well it does compared to the Lipotrim chicken soup which was vile, I couldnt eat any so survived on milk shakes only so this is another reason for trying exante with the different variety tonite is milk shake before bed as I am usually hungry at nite. How are you doing on the diet and how do you find the soups etc. I notice you come from Scotland so do I although I moved some 30 years ago to Warrington but I still go up twice a year to visit family and friends. Hello fellow scot I had an indian last night I'm feeling OK too - tired but OK. I've been quite impressed by the food - I've had a strawberry shake and I've had toffee, nut and raisen bar. I'm just going to try a soup now.

Here's hoping tomorrow goes as well as today has for us!

Today has been going really well I have had my nut and raisin bar and trying another of the soups tonite then milk shake at bedtime I had the strawberry one last nite it was ok the only thing is when I made the soup with my elect whisk thingy it made it very frothy any suggestions on how to mix the soup without it going frothy would be most welcome hope you are all getting on well today and keeping to the diet Linda

Hey up. I bought a plastic cup thing with a metal ball in it - I just add water, the shake and then the ball, put the lid back on it and give it a good shake. Its smooth and I just drink it straight from that.

Hi sounds good jen jen where did you buy it from? I will try to get one as tried the chicken soup tonight and thought it was okay apart from being really frothy. How was you day today?

I got one of those to I got mine from Lakeland it's very good for smoothing a shake x

I only use the cup thing for my shakes - extreme diets, it was a fiver and free delivery - came next day when ordering before a set time. With the soups though I just use a normal whisk - no lumps and not frothy.

I'm doing alright - what about yourself? x

Im doing well still staying very positive about sticking to my diet, I find leaving my shake until late at night about 10/11pm as this is when I get really hungry and I find this helps

Well today I tried having half of the bar at 10 and then a shake at 12.30. I then had a cup of boullion (I feel like its a bit like watery soup - I quite like it ) at 3 and then a soup at 6 for tea... and I'm just about to have the other half of the bar now. I've drank loads of water today - just over 3.5 litres (or it will be when I've finished the last of this bottle). And I treated myself to a bottle of coke zero. I found earlier on today harder but I'm fine now

I think I might find the weekend a little tougher because I'm not at work...

I dont know how you can work and stay on this diet..I take my hat off to you for that, I am disabled so cannot work and find that if I dont go out I can stick to the diet its when I go out and all the smells etc around of food makes me so hungry so for the 1st couple of weeks I wont go out..I am going to try the mushroom soup tonite made with just a hand whisk to see if it cuts down on the frothy soup saga lol, hope you are still going strong and keep up the good work Linda

I have my moments but in general I can cope alright - I go with my friend for lunch and am quite happy to sit and drink my shake whilst she's eating. I think I manage to mostly block it out - I have to totally disengage my brain from the fact that she is eating lol.

On saying that though, right at this very moment I'm sooooo hungry. I filled up my water bottles to put in the fridge and I just could eat everything in it. I won't, I know I won't because I feel very much in the zone but right now oh its a wee bit hard
