Hello, I've just found Minimins so this is all new to me. I started on SW last week. I had a great first week & lost 4.5lb so feeling very positive. I've tried lots of diets in the past, some with great results, some not so much. I'm currently the heaviest I've ever been & decided it was time to take a stand (against myself!) & make it work this time. I have quite a lot of weight to loose & have set myself an interim target so that it doesn't feel too daunting. Hope to catch up with you all soon. Lisa.
