Hello, newbie here!

Hi all, my names Steph and I've just Re-started slimming world for the fourth time! This time I NEED to stick to it and finally lose the weight. I've got a six month old daughter and finding it so hard to lose those pregnancy pounds (plus the ones that were already there) I'm finding it hard to find food that's snacky and quick, as its not always possible to cook a decent meal with a young baby. Any ideas?

My name is Liz - I have been struggling with my weight for years - I just re-started Slimming World 8 weeks ago and am finding it easier than before - I really do think your head has to be in the right place.
Have you tried couscous made with veg stock with either cooked chicken and salad vegs or roasted vegs? I love it and I just chuck anything that is in the fridge in it.
Other things I use are the Mug Shots (free) or Savoury rice.
