Eek! My habits were using oil, full fat mayo, white bread and full fat juice! Don't think I could face any of those things now it's worth changing defo
Lol yeah and I can't even tell the difference between the diet one and the full sugar one! So it's all good! My teeth can't handle the full fat sodas anymore anyway, so it's diet fizzy + no sugar squash all the way!
