Eek! My habits were using oil, full fat mayo, white bread and full fat juice! Don't think I could face any of those things now :) it's worth changing defo

Lol yeah and I can't even tell the difference between the diet one and the full sugar one! So it's all good! My teeth can't handle the full fat sodas anymore anyway, so it's diet fizzy + no sugar squash all the way!

Hi there and welcome. Once you have the basics, the plan is a doddle!! Have a look around the food diary section to give you some ideas and tips to get you started, you will find that you dont have to miss out at all!

Thanks. I think once I get my head around it all will be fine. Got a lot of bad habits to change! x
Good luck :D The first week odd getting into it can be a bit tricky remembering what to cut down, avoid etc but soon you will be unconsciously doing it! :)
