My names Nichola and I am 30 - I'd like to lose about 3 stone to get down to around the 10 stone mark so I'm starting again tomorrow lol....I've got my sisters wedding in October and want to look nice then however tbh always struggle to stay motiovated no matter what the reason :cry:. I'll be going along the slimming world route as I like to be able to eat lots so wish me luck!
