Hi Everyone,

I've been following SW since 13th Jan of this year and have so far lost 2stone 8lbs. I did SW a few years ago and lost a couple of stone but I've never persevered for so long before, I am so intent on losing weight, getting slim and being healthy and am committed to changing my life this time.

I think I am driving everyone mad with my constant talk of food recipes, the plan, how I've done this week etc.. that thought I should find some more like minded people to discuss.

I set myself the target of trying to lose just under 5stones before Christmas giving me a whole year and as you can see I am a bit behind! The last couple of months I've been less focussed and am trying to pep myself up. I'm concentrating on trying to get to my next target (3stones) and not thinking too much about how much more I have to lose to get to my PAT.

Hope to get to know a few more of you on here a bit better.

Good luck with the SW plan and look forward to move of your posts and its really good to say focused on losing because this helps with the motivation and getting a lose (and I am sure you will be just fine - soon we will hear about a stone loss) take care

Well done on the loss so far, it doesn't matter if you are behind in your weight loss, the most important thing is that you have a weight loss and a good one regardless!!
Soon not only will you be boring people not only with the sw plan, recipes etc, but with talking about Minimins too!!! I know I do!!!

Thanks for your kind words, because I had been so unfocussed this week I managed to gain a pound but because I weighed in at another SW group who aren't on expressway it looked like I'd lost 1lb so not totally deflating.

Trying to get back on it now and have a good loss next week! Already planning my meals and off to Tesco tonight to get lots of yummy syn free food :D
