    I thought I would say hi!

    I want to lose weight and thought I would come and join you all so I didn't feel so alone :)

    I know I am at a healthy BMI as it is, but I have low self confidence and I think if I started eating better and exercising more I'd feel so much better about myself.

    I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and New Year :)

    I'm not fully sure yet, I was going to have a look around and see what works and what doesn't.

    i used xenical and lost 11 stone in 2009... but yeah take a look x

    Yay, a new person.. i'm new too :)
    I have to loose 14lbs to get to my mid-weight.So i'm not the lowest of my 'healthy' weight but i'm not near the bad side.. If that makes any sense.

    Ergh, just nod :) xx haha

    I'm still not sure what diet to start, or what to do though, the forums are so confusing! x

    Haha, that makes sence! I am in the middle of the middle of healthy and over weight... Or 3/4's? Maybe haha. I'd like to be the otherside of the middle. (I hope that makes sense!)

    Lol, yeah they are. I think I am just going to calorie count and exercise to be honest, seems like the healthiest way :) x

    Just cutting back on choco/crisps etc and do some excersize everyday after work!
