I would phone your chemist - to check, they all vary.

You can still go out if you can resist temptation - in fact, it makes me feel good to have a glass of soda/sparkling water in the pub. Although I've not managed to go for a meal !!

I love this forum, even if I slip up, everyone is still here for you.

Im hoping to be near goal when you start... Take some of the advice above about carbs but dont drink too much water before you start LT. The water helps you feel fuller, so if you are already used to drinking 4l then you will have nothing to fall back on!

I don't drink anywhere near that at the moment. I drink about 2-3 glasses on a good day!

I'm actually really excited about this. I'm off to Greece on the 4th July and I want to wear a bikini for the first time since I was about 10!
