Hi I'm Jo! I'm a 36 year old mother of 5.

I'm had a sudden light bulb moment and decided after a lifetime of being big and thinking I could never be slim that I wanted to be slim and healthy. I've only ever dieted once before in my life when I in my teens and although it worked I've gradually put it all on plus more.

So I'm taking charge and eating 3 healthy meals a day and using my wii fit to do 30 minutes extra exercise a day.
