After starting diets on and off for the last year or so n never sticking to them longer than a month or 2 I have decided to give SW a go ...I have a holiday booked for july plus im going to be a bridesmaid next summer aswell.......... so I have a BIG insentive to hopefully keep on track this time and hopfully find some will power......
I went and joined a class 2day and am quite looking forward to getting started .... so day one for me starts now .....
