    I hope you're all okay. I haven't been on here for a very long time, and it's safe to say that I'm bigger than ever :cry:

    I'm so feed up of being overweight and unhealthy though, and I'm determined to get back on track

    I've joined myfitnesspal, and look forward to losing weight with you all.

    Welcome! I had a good day yesterday, although I did eat quite a few light babybels (I try to avoid processed food and "diet" food, but I love cheese and the regular version is so high fat and high calorie!).

    Good luck with your journey...everybody inevitably stops and starts (I can't count the number of times I've done it) - I think you just need to get to a point when enough is enough, we're human and can only take so much.
