Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum but not entirely new to weighwatchers as I did it a few years ago and was successful at time. However an accident in 2007 in which I badly broke my leg and ankle meant I slowly piled the weight back on along with having my gorgeous baby in Dec 2008.

I really need to lose the weight and keep it off (around 48 pounds) but I still have issues with my ankle so I can't excercise to the level I used to.

So anyway, enough rambling from me. I need to get my head around the new pro points plan (I have registered online) and will be officially starting my diet on Monday as its my birthday tomorrow so I think its best to get this weekend out of the way first lol. I'm actually looking forward to starting and will really appreciate any support and help. :D

Good luck and welcome to minis! this is a great site for info, help and support. propoints are great... you'll probably prefer it to the old plan. Happy Birthday too xxxxxxxxx

Thanks all, I've had a great weekend. :) First weigh in tomorrow (gulp), really not looking forward to that reality check lol.
