I'm new to the forum but not entirely new to weighwatchers as I did it a few years ago and was successful at time. However an accident in 2007 in which I badly broke my leg and ankle meant I slowly piled the weight back on along with having my gorgeous baby in Dec 2008.
I really need to lose the weight and keep it off (around 48 pounds) but I still have issues with my ankle so I can't excercise to the level I used to.
So anyway, enough rambling from me. I need to get my head around the new pro points plan (I have registered online) and will be officially starting my diet on Monday as its my birthday tomorrow so I think its best to get this weekend out of the way first lol. I'm actually looking forward to starting and will really appreciate any support and help.
