    hi there! my name is lisa. i've decided to join because i'd like on the internet that doesn't cast judgement on me - even though i'm making every effort to shift my weight. i'm just sick of being overweight, i've been overweight for as long as i can remember (oh the school yard taunts were so enjoyable). so it's like my 21st birthday present to myself - even though i don't hit twenty one until august. i can't afford to do the diets because i'm on jsa, so it's just a simple calorie count for me until i finally get another job. so that's a little bit about me lol.

    diets don't work for me. I'm being more aware of what I eat and exercising more
    Hi Lisa xx I'm 41 and all my life I've done calorie counting when I want to shift weight and it's worked (along with some exercise). Good luck with your weight loss! xx

    Calorie Counting, controlled carbs, good nutrition and Slimpods.
    Welcome Lisa, calorie counting is my thing too although I do like to keep the carbs under control as well.

    Keep writing and biting and the weight will soon start to come off.
