It's the first time I've used a forum. I lost 40 lbs about 3 years ago with ww, have done ok maintaining until this year and have 15lb to lose. Looked at the lunchbox diet as don't have the new ww plan however have read about and now think I'll try the simply filling as did the coreplan last time. I'm not near a class so looking for motivation.
