I'm starting tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it!

I have an online subscription so thought it might be nice to join an online group too.

I have tried lots of diets before but I have found ww the easiest to stick with.

I'm working and studying at the moment so I thought being able to follow a plan without counting might be easier.

Any hints, tips and suggestions welcome!

Hi!

My best tip is ....if you have a smart phone (iPhone/blackberry) then download the weight watchers app for free, log in! Then you can track on the go! If your doing SF then you can set the app for that too!

Other than that my advice is ask a question on the board if your unsure of anything! And fill up on lots of free food!
