hi everyone - after reading several threads on this site I just had to join. The support/ideas found on here are fabulous and i'm sure they will help me with my weight loss journey. I have been doing slimming world now for 5 weeks and have lost 8.5lbs so far. I am more motivated this time than I ever have been before and I hope to reach my target weight this time. I've got about 2 stone more to lose so it's not going to be a quick fix. I am following the extra easy plan so would welcome any recipes/ideas that will help me xx
