Hi
My name is Sara and I am starting SW today after being persuaded by family members already doing it :)
I am a serial shake dieter and recently went from 20st13 to 15st5 with the help Cambridge/Exante but unfortunately I am now back at 18st8 after fighting with the shakes since May :(
I am hoping this will be a new start for me :)
I have a question straight off the belt lol - can anyone tell me the syns in Nutragrain breakfast biscuits? I have been searching for about an hour!

Welcome to SW, i find it hard to believe you will ever eat a Nutrigrain again once you get stuck into the SW snacks and meals :D
 
Hello and welcome to slimming world. Since u have been on a shake diet u may gain in the first week but the diet does work so plz plz stick at it. It's brilliant as long as u plan prepare and cook. It really isn't a grab and go diet it does take time an preparation but it's worth it and u never feel hungry. I have a food diary on here if u wanna have a peak. I hope ur first week goes ok for u. If u go to group the hi fi bars are so nice for a snack rather than nutri grain. Also make sure u stock up on lots of fruit and muller light yogurts which are syn free and a life saver when u feel like a snack x
 
Thanks for the msgs :) I'm not coming straight from shake diet as have been battling to get head back in game since May so I am hoping I won't gain :)

Looks like preparation is the key :)

Good luck with it. You'll love eating "proper" food again and still lose weight. Its hard to get out of the mindset of other eating plans though. Took me ages to stop thinking of ww points when I started sw!!!!
