Hi! I'm new here and wanted to say hi! I've been overweight for about 11 years now (I'm 25) promised myself I would be slim and trim for my 25th birthday, but that is long gone! ;) I was gunna do the whole "new me" after Xmas but I have just got back from a 2 week jolly to the arctic circle, last thing I wanted to do was "can't eat that!" Ha!
I've dieted god knows how many times but the ones that have worked for me have been celebrity slim and weight watchers, my plan it to do celebrity slim (as I have tones left over) see how I'm getting on and maybe switch to weight watchers in about 1 months time. I aim to go to the gym about 2-3 times a week (I already have my gym membership gathering dust) ha! So let's go!!
