Heey,
My names lucy im 20 years old and from the UK.
I have been dieting on and off for about 4 years and started my weightloss at 15 stone,
I am now 11stone 8! i want to get down to about 10stone.

I started my healthy living on the 26th jan 2013 & i have been so proud of myself! :)
but this morning i stood on the scales and i have lost NO weight ??!!
Every day i have been to the gym for roughly an hour apart from 1 day, each day i have breakfast lunch and dinner, i drink roughly 3L of water & dont exceed 1200 cals in a day. I havent touched any sugary foods i.e chocolate sweets ect... Im completely baffled?!
ANy ideas? :(

Hello and welcome, you have lost a good amount of weight, don't be disheartened or hard on yourself, I had periods of no weight loss and think when we decide to loose weight we all need want it gone by yesterday, keep up the excellent work, and we'll done hun ;) x
 
Welcome minimac, I'm just waiting for when my body does the same as yours, don't panic just keep going you may find that next weigh in you might lose more than normal (maybe) but don't panic, remember 1lb a week is nearly 4st a year so your way ahead of the game keep your chin up and keep going :)
