    Morning all,

    I am new here, thought I would join you lovelies to help me on my quest for weight loss!

    Desperate to lose 2 stone and need some inspiration. Following Slimming World and started the NHS Couch to 5k Podcast this week but need some help along the way to keep me motivated.

    My name is Emma and I'm 25 years old, I have a full time job and am studying a part time degree so hectic world but so ready to do this.

    Hi Emma

    welcome, I've not been on here long myself, I am also following Slimming World to support my daughter. Looks like you have all the right tools to start you off with, planning meals ahead is the only way I personally think you will do it.

    Just take it a day at a time and congratulate yourself with every loss no matter how small and don't take it too hard if you don't lose, just keep going you'll get there in the end :)
