Hello.

I've just joined :)

I want to lose 2 stone (and try and keep it off) but am not following any particular plan at the moment - trying to eat less and exercise more.

Evening are my worst time because I pick, and pick and pick !

I need to say "no" to myself and have more self control and will power.

welcome to mini's. Evenings are hard for me aswell hun its like food on the brain. I try and keep busy, go for a walk/drive, do some cleaning!!

I did have a look around - there's just masses here though so I think it'll take me a couple of days to look through :)
 
I'm going to do a four-week fairly strict eating plan (based on a Rachel Holmes plan that was given to me, although I've never heard of her) and set exercise pattern including two aerobic classes a week and three short sessions with weights. I'm doing it with two other people and we're starting next Monday (the 10th)

I'll see how I get on with that and am hoping to lose between 7lb and a stone. After that I'll see.

Welcome to the forum, you'll find loads of support here to help. Good luck with your diet journey:) Dieting with friends is a good way of motivating you to stick to it.
