    Im sort of sheepishly coming on here.... baaaaaaaa lol well.... where to start, not been a good girl, although im back down to 12.9lb i dont know how the feeek iv managed it, planning to get the finger out, eventually but im just not motivated just now, not the way i was when i started this, i dont know what i can do or say to myself to get back in there with the whole positive 'i can do this' attitude but im hoping ill just wake up again sick of the way i look and get it together, sooner rather than later! hope everyone is doing well, just wanted to check in and say im still wanting to do this but just not feeling it just now, maybe im making excuses for myself but thats how im feeling! ive not been eating stupidly, if anything ive cut down on all my usual binges and junk so ive learned at least something.

    lol yeah i know the feeling! gawwwd not even gonna give u the run down of it lol im tired at the thought. id like a buzz... ann summers springs to mind hahaha only kidding. need to get my act together with this, ive not had a shake in about three weeks, its getting back into it when ur off it eh, have u ever came off anything (non drugs lol) and tried to get back on it, im sooo struggling!

    Is this now week one of your other half going down south during the week? Getting motivated can be so hard but just think how the summer is quickly approaching and all those lovely small clothes we want to wear!! You can do it, you did do it and you will do it again hun x

    Thanks Alison! Its actually week 2! I will hopefully get it into my head soon, I will let you know when the day arrives, although ive not put on any since my last week on this so its not too bad but summer is staedy approaching! eeek!
