Hello

Hi,
I have been lurking round this board for sometime now and have received such a lot of helpful ideas, recipes etc. The support given is fantastic, its so nice to know there is a place you can go where everyone understands what your going though and how it feels in those low moments.
I have been playing around with the Cambridge Diet for quite a while now (the lovely Debz is fantastic and I will miss going to see her!) but have finally decided that it is not for me. Joined SW back the beginning of Jan and to date have lost 1st 1lb. Today has been a bit of a disaster, between the Kit-kats and cheese and crackers but tomorrow is another day will just have to go easy on the syns the rest of the week.
Well done to all the 100%ers, read this thread with interest.
Thanks for reading.

Thank you to everyone - i'm really enjoying being on here already!! Thanks for making me feel welcome .:thankyou:
Back on track again, sometimes I just feel that I'm hanging on by the fingertips - I just keep trying to remember that I can stick with this and by this time next year be where I want to be or forget about it and this time next year still be trying to decide what to do about my excess poundage which will most probally have increased. I know where I want be.
Just had a big bowl of fruit & yoghurt - love the weekends when I have time for a cooked breakfast- and of to work.
