Hi All,
I'm new to the site. I've had a look around and it seems like there are loads of fantastic tips and a lot of much needed friendly support on here.
I'm 19 years old, 5ft. 9 tall and I weigh 13st.
I'd like to lose at least 2 stones as I feel that my weight has a very negative impact on my confidence.
I'm really looking forward to using this site more often and I hope it will prove to be very helpful!

Hi Irene. I'm not a fan of fad diets, I have real trouble sticking to them. I've started walking the 2 miles to uni and back every day and plan to visit the gym 3 times a week and go swimming twice a week. Apart from that I am eating healthy options, although this is very difficult being a student! Takeaways and alcohol is what we do best!
