Hi all, first time here but need some support so thought I would give it a go. Been doing slimming world now since sept and I have a total weight loss of 1lb!!!! Hence y I need some support lol!! I know what I need to do to lose weight but seem to sabotage myself (helped by friends nd family) . Weigh in in morn, fingers crossed it's ok nd can get motivated to do this!!!!

I'm sure you can do it! What is your motivation for losing weight? I made a little motivation post type thing, one with some clothes I want to be able to wear when I lose weight and other things that motivate me. I stuck one on the fridge, so if I'm tempted to go in, I see it and it puts me off. One on the door to our pantry, same reason. And one on my bedroom door again to try and keep me motivated. I also made a background/wallpaper for my computer!
