hi i have now lost 47 pounds in 11 1/2 weeks, 3 dress sizes and am feeling much better. its nice buyin size 16 n not 22, hope peeps at work notice, they have not seen me 4 7 weeks. i love cambridge, i know its hard but the results r great. when i think about what i looked like just 11 weeks ago to now i could cry with happiness. still got 4 or 5 stone to shift but hopefully will by christmas. then i can try and get pregnant and be healthy n fit.
