Help/advice needed

Hi all,

I am a returner thinking of doing the 1000kcal plan, I started tiny ferguson on Tuesday but the products are awful! Could someone give me details of what you can have on the 1000 plan before I go back tail between my legs to my CDC!

Hello!

On Step 3 (1000) you have the following (copied from the booklet)

Two CWP Packs per day ( essential)
A 150cal breakfast
small green salad for lunch
a 400 cal meal in the evening
you are also allowed 1/2 pint skimmed milk on this step and you can start adding in the occasional low calorie squash.

Breakfast
1 x CWP pack + 150 cal breakfast e.g.40g no added sugar muesli (milk from daily allowance)

Lunch
1 x CWP pack
1 x salad - small bowl of green leaves

Dinner
Option A - Main Course including fruit
40g brown or basmati rice, cous cous or wholewheat pasta
150g sweet potato
180g baked potato
200g new potatoes

Protein-(weight allowed depends on what you have)
soya beans, lentils chickpeas etc..
tuna steak / canned tuna / white fish / prawns
lean chicken / turkey breast / quorn mince / pieces
260g cottage cheese - plain
Eggs

Green Veg allowed up to 80g portion

Thanks so much! It seems way more than is allowed on tony ferguson but less calories. Decisions decisions!
 
lauren - does it no longer allow 50 cals fruit for dessert in the evening too?

You are allowed up to 50cal fruit with your meal :)
