Hi everyone i,m a bit embarrassed to be posting this but also feel the need to:eek:. so here goes a year ago i did ww and enjoyed it but for finacial reasons i left and gained all the weight again so 5 weeks ago i joined a slimming world class i started at 10.13lb and i,m now 10.5lb trouble is i,m bored i want a change something different sounds strange probably but any way i dug out my books from ww and had a browse and got all excited again and thought i,d give ww ago for a while and see what happens sorry if gabbling on i tend to do that i might start a diary if there is a food diary thread on here havent had a chance yet just needed to get this of my chest and on to paper so to speak any way thanks seems a great forum so off to read some more:)

i think alot of us on here can relate to what you are saying! iv gone from ww to sw lots of times but for me ww fits into my way of life as i enjoy wine & the syns on sw were far too high, dont feel bad just go with what suits you x

I've done WW and SW twice each and i've been doing WW this time since Jan and im sticking to it more. It fits in alot better with my lifestyle now and i like the healthy eating its aiming to teach me now :D
