hello all again i,m still looking into this and i,d like to know if anyone has gone from cambridge to johnsons if so how are you doing is it working for you !! how are you finding it help and advicce needed please

Hi Debbie,
i CD'd almost 6 stone away but got to the stage i just needed food, the taste, the textures etc & then following a holiday i just couldn't get back into SSing. I moved onto this plan on Friday & its FAB .
I can cope with only shakes for 1 day knowing i can eat the next day & its good to plan my meals & eat without guilt as opposed to the picking at cr*p i was doing.
I was allready out of ketosis & had been eating so i havn't put any glycogen weight on.
