Help...awful sore throat...

I have a sore throat from hell that has been with me since Friday !!

In my pre-lipotrim days I would be glugging my honey and lemon concoction but I am loathe to go down that route. Any ideas for a decent alternative...or do you think the honey isn't that bad?? Drinking my water quota is impossible as it is like I have broken glass in my throat ....:wave_cry:

Absolutely nothing, just try hot water.

Soluble painkillers - aspirin? Disprin? or something similar - gargle with it - it really works I promise. Hope you feel better soon

Maybe gargle with salty water?? It's a natural antiseptic and the Japanese swear by it!
