I am 4 weeks into my plan, supposed to be on 810 as i am now 9stone 10lbs after losing 10lbs so far. However, i keep missing my meals as i think that it will make me lose weight faster - how can it not? However, i feel hungry a lot of the time. I try not to have my first pack until about 11am/12 as this staves off the hunger for a bit but it soon comes back. I do often have fish/chicken/tuna and cottage cheese but sometimes i do miss these meals. I also get bouts of feeling really cold, dizzy and lightheaded. I am sure this is to do with the diet but it doesn't seem like anyone else gets it. I really don't want it to prevent me losing weight on this diet. Also, i maintained my weight this week - EEEEK. Please help!
