I went to SW classes many years ago, and I am sure that part of the starter pack was a sliding card that you used to work out the syn values. Have I dreamt this?? If not do they still do them?

They don't have SW in NZ, so I am rather stuck with regard to calculating syns. Does anybody know if using Body Optimise you can enter certain values of the food and it will work out the syn value? I don't want o sign up for it if it is just a list of food because the brands and things are totally different over here.

body optimise has a syn calculator - you just put the nutritional information on the packet and it will calculate how many syns the food has - it is a bit puzzling at first but easy to work out when you get the gist of it. HTH.

Definitely WW, I've still got mine! Sadly, calculating syns isn't so straightforward although on Body Optomise you do have the syn calculator and access to syns online which is useful.
