hello all!!!
im currently cal counting and doing very well! (3 and half stone lost woop!) doing the 21 day rc fab kick start as im off on holiday in exactly a month so as im used to 1500 cals a day im cutting down to get more off before I jet off!! been reading up and it says we can have 100 cal dessert, 100 cal power snack and a 100 cal alcoholic drink. if I don't drink alcohol can I have that 100 for another snack???
thanks in advance and if anyone has any other hints or tips or success from the 21 day kick start id love to hear!!!
