Help!!!

I have weigh in tonight and I have forgotten to bring my lunch! Do have a few tins in my drawer though........

I have a tin of M&S Chicken and veg soup that is coming in at 14 syns!

or

A tin of sainsburys mince beef and onions - which is coming in at 12 syns (which I think is very high for what is lean beef, gravy and onions....where are the syns coming from?!!!)

So the question is ladies and gents, which one will do the least harm?

I have no money for the canteen otherwise I would go and buy a ham salad. :(

In this instance I'd revert back to comparing the break down on the cans and not the syns. Check the calories, saturated fats etc and go for the lowest.

I would have half the can of soup - more filling than half the can of beef.
