HELP! Frankie & Bennies - WW Friendly Options?

I am going out on Wednesday for a girls night out at the cinema and a meal at Frankie & Bennies. Anyone have any suggestions on what is relatively ok on the menu? I cant eat wheat so pasta/pizza is out anyway but I know that most salads are deceptively non-healthy!!

Planning a porridge for breakfast (7PP) and soup + crackers for lunch (5PP) so have about 18 left of my daily points and 30 weekly points left but I would rather not use them all!!

Hi Hun, all dishes quite high but chicken caesar salad is only 11, other low dishes are on the specialities bacon steak with herb potatoes 19 and sausage & mash 15. Njoy!!! Xxxx
