I am going to a friend's for a dinner party tonight and have no idea what she is cooking or what the syns will be. I'm still new to SW and would hate to gain in my 2nd week. Have only used 5 syns since Monday so have 40 left and I can use tomorrow's too making 55 if I have to...
I am going to try to stick to 2 glasses of wine and have had some fat free vegetable broth so I don't pick while I'm waiting for the meal, but am praying it's not really heavy on the cheese and cream (she's vegetarian).
I can't be rude and ask her how much fat is in everything so any ideas how I can estimate the syn value when I get home tonight???
Oh, I am really looking forward to the company too (in case I sound a right misery!) I hope I'm not going to become a bore who can't enjoy socialising because of my diet - how do you ladies all handle it???
