HELP! hair falling out

Yikes! my hair is coming out more than is usual......am in the middle of moving house so that is stressful but could this be the diet? didn't notice it before on LL and abstained from food for 144 days in total back then (2007)
Am only Day 7 so am worried it's something more serious....any comments would be greatly appreciated

*sigh* I've had this but not sure it's down to the diet as it's a bit random. Schedule of my hair fallout:
Lighterlife - week 6
Exante - week 4 but stopped after add a meal week
Exante restart - week 1!!!
I'm not impressed with the amount that is coming out at the mo, especially as it never went back to it's original thickness after LL.
Maybe it's the weather? I'm only staying on Exante for a couple more weeks so I'm not going to worry and just hope it grows back.
