I I'm starting camebridge again tomorrow and I just don't feel like I have the will power but need to do this. I'm at my heaviest I've ever been and need help. Any tips to help me get started? X

I'm starting again tomorrow too. I did CD 6 years ago, I'm just hoping I can stick to it again!
