help how can i have a tickler!!!

I have searched the site but can't find out how to edit my auto signature with a tickler and my goals

Just click on someones ticker and it will take you to the page.
Or else go to the top of the LT forum and it gives you instructions.

yep it is!!
And once u have made it, click on user cp, scroll down the lefy hand side and you will see edit sig. then just copy and paste the link in and save
