Help.. I feel sick

Does anyone else have this? Came of AAM on Sun and today feel really sick and head is fuzzy. I might go and lay down. Had a tetrapack for lunch maybe that is it.

hiya hun... sometimes the tetras make me feel like that also... only sometimes its weird!! have a lie down if you can... drink plenty of water and try to relax, you will feel a lot better soon

Have you had the tetras before???
They are more concentrated - so sometimes it's better to "water" them down!
Take some paracetamol - drink some more water and hopefully you'll soon feel better.
