Help, I keep looking for other ways to speed up the losses


I have a confession :(

Im feeling so low:(, even though Iv been losing about 2lb a week, Im still not happy.

I feel that 2 lbs is nothing really and that can be achieved on diets where you actually eat food :(:(

Iv been looking for things to speed up my metabolism, pills that 'burn fat' etc.. dodgy stuff ( hav'nt bought any though)

I feel so guilty looking at these 'weight loss pill' websites :(:sigh:

Im really struggling, I dont want to give up, but only 2lb a week for me is disheartening (sp?)

I feel safe here with you guys, that why I wanted to fess up.

I no longer feel 'cold' Im not in ketosis(according to the stix) and Im hungry.:(:(

Getting back into the cambridge way of life is hard.

If I stick to my 3 shakes a day and nothing else, how long before I feel the effects (being cold, in keto etc..)

My weight has'nt shifted for a while.

Should I increase/decrease my shakes over the next few days to trick my body into losing weight again:confused:, maybe it's just got use to the regular 400kcal days.
