Snacks:
Cereal bars (as syns or HExB)
Ham wrapped around freshly chopped pineapple (Red)
Hard boiled egg (I keep a box of boiled eggs in the fridge!)
Pickled onions or beetroot (I have stood there with the jar and picked while tea has cooked)
Cold sausages (red) - I usually cook a load of syn free ones and keep them in the fridge to snack on.
Cooked meats (Red) - Leftover cooked chicken. Morrisons are selling packets of Bernard Matthews tikka turkey for £1 a pack.
Meals: Green
Anything with quorn mince or chicken pieces such as curry or bolognese or chilli.
Pasta bake
Pasta arrabiatta (pasta in a chilli and tomato sauce - easy to make and very tasty)
Egg, chips and beans
Vegetable stir fry with noodles (mix in sweet chilli sauce for low syns)
Meals: Red
Garlic quark stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon
Curry (any meat) serve with HExB Jacket potato/potato wedges or syn-free onion bhajis (recipe is on here somewhere)
Minced beef as bolognese, homemade burgers, meatballs, cottage pie (top with mashed carrot and swede to keep it free), chilli
Mixed grill - bacon, sausage, lamb/pork chop, steak and egg
