Help. Idea for tea from sainsbury's or m&s

Looking for some help. I am travelling with work for next 2 days and stay in an apartment.

Looking for some low syn or ffree meal ideas, which don't need much cooking. Provision @ apartment is basic. I have m&s simply food or sainsburys

Ideas welcomed. I have been back on the wagon for 3 days and don't want to slip off!

mug shots or noodle pots easy, only need mug and kettle! loads of fresh fruit, if you have a fridge yogurts, baby bel cheese as portioned hex a, alpen light bars hexb
