Hi All

I am re starting WW on thursday this week, but going it alone, not going to classes, have done it alone before.
I am really looking forward to it! I have missed it whilst pregnant in a strange kinda way, and cant wait to shed some lbs.
I am hoping that someone here can just help me with a couple of points values that i have forgotten.

How many points are there in:
semi skimmed and skimmed milk?
eggs?
pasta?
chicken breast?
Rice?

and am i right in thinking that all oatso simple sachets are 2 points each?

Sorry to be a pain asking this, hope someone can help, am thinking ahead for what im gonna need in the weekly shop on weds.
 
Skimmed milk 1 pint - 2 points

Semi skimmed 1 pint - 4 points

Eggs - 1.5 points

Pasta 40g dried - 2 points

Rice 60g dried -3 points

Chicken breat skinless 165g - 2.5 points
