Stay strong drink water, before you know it ketosis kicks in and hunger vanishes. It may be worth avoiding coffee, I remember someone said coffee seemed to make them hungry.

If I am having a really hungry day I have shakes all day, with extra water in them and that keeps me filled up way longer than bars and meals.

You can do this, stay strong!

I find if I set my self a target of so many days it helps. Also don't weigh yourself too much. Keep busy and try not to think about food.
